I knew a little girl named Stevie... it was her actual name... i worked with a gal who named her daughter Michael, after her late father (Michael’s grandfather)...

Is it any wonder why so many people, including many adults, can’t speak properly? We have produced a nation of individuals who say “like” multiple times in any sentence or state “like literally” and “AndIwaslikeohmygod” commonly. Why is it so tough to say “approximately” instead of “like (followed by a number)” or “I was shocked” rather than “AndIwaslikeohmygod”? Teachers should be correcting this behavior but then again, they likely use that language, too.
