They won’t be cutting checks.. that’s the joke.. you think someone earning 20k a year with kids is cutting checks? No you are cutting checks to them. With the EIC and Child tax credits, they will see a refund of say 5800 dollars instead of 6000. Checks my butt, nobody will care because nobody will really see it, after their H&R Block person does their taxes and says congrats you are still get a super duper refund that will be the end of that.
