I’ve seen it, and the strange thing is this -— Clint Eastwood’s character DIDN’T WANT to leave his home even when his son had an alternative.
Clint Eastwood’s character was terminally ill.
He didn’t want to leave the house he and his wife raised a family. He was upper middle class and witnessed the neighborhood falling apart, just didn’t have the heart to leave.
