I agree. Sink holes, swamps, alligators, coral snakes, mosquitos, canals along the side of roads that swallow cars.....
you left out pythons which are a huge problem in the everglades now.
Don’t forget 9 months of boating per year and year round fishing. Plus Busch Gardens 30 min.s and Orlando 90 min.s away. I have 2 pairs of pants and about 40 shorts, polos and golf shirts. It’s real nice reading about freezing weather when I’m in shorts with the windows open. But yeah, sinkholes and a corrupt state bureaucracy suck.
