So you’re suggesting that acceptance of polygamy is somehow within the mainstream of American society?

traditional American and human values and morality

Believe it or not libertatians are all for this. They just don't believe in legislating it. History has shown tyrants have emerged from having power to legislate values and morality to no end.

Do you believe a 14 year old should be able to buy alcohol like she buys ice cream?

This is an amazing thread.

Actually it is the usual liber game thread, where they push the left while denying they are doing it.

As you know these libers can push their lefty social agenda and take on all social conservatives for days, all the while swearing that they aren't.

Why would you let your kid buy alcohol if you are so against it?

Our numbers are increasing my friend even here on this site. Watch these threads, it’s the same 4 jokers, the same tired, nonsensical arguments.

I don’t mind folks putting up a good argument but they just reply, reply, reply with diarrhea of the keyboard and absolutely nothing with any original insight. Seriously when someone suggests Romney is a libertarian you have to question that person’s ability to think. I mean it’s just so silly it almost silences you.

Wait. So your position is “anything goes” with a person’s offspring, at any moment they are not directly under the parent’s eye.

Are you sure you are on the website you meant to post on?

I’m curious to know if any of them draw social security.

Answer the question orangedog.

Do you support permitting a 14 year old to buy alcohol like she buys ice cream?

Wait. So your position is “anything goes” with a person’s offspring, at any moment they are not directly under the parent’s eye.

So your position is that you should just be able to free-range your offspring and take zero responsibility for what they do? Or are you just wanting an excuse for being a lousy parent?

Are you sure you are on the website you meant to post on?

I've been here for well over a decade. Sorry to be screwing up your little echo chamber for that long. I know it worries you with your ideas and beliefs being so weak and not being able to withstand being questioned.

Answer mine. You were asked first, and you’re not exactly in charge.

You guys will say anything, Colonial america had the death penalty for purely moral crimes not involving property or harm to others.

Before the 1960s sodomy was a felony in every state.

All laws are really about morality.

I already answered yours. “Do I smoke or drink?” I drink occasionally and I do not smoke.

Now, let’s get on with the question, Orangedog.

Do you support permitting a 14 year old to buy alcohol like she buys ice cream?

YOu are playing with words here, I expected better of you. libertarians are not libertines. Stop playing games.

libertinism Definition of LIBERTINE
usually disparaging : a freethinker especially in religious matters or: a person who is unrestrained by convention or morality; specifically : one leading a dissolute life

____________________________

libertarianism
Definition of lib·er·tar·i·an
an advocate of the doctrine of free will or a : a person who upholds the principles of individual liberty especially of thought and action Or capitalized : a member of a political party advocating libertarian principles

I will tell you that after years of trying to make Republican conservatism work I am really looking forward to connecting with libertarianism. It works for me and I am happy to extend a hand across the aisle to people on the other side who are just as tired of this military adventuring and loss of freedoms at home.

Frankly if the Republicans have lost me, Chickensoup, they are in trouble, for I am so average in so many ways. I was their base.

Yes, your numbers are growing, that is too bad for social conservatism.

Liberaltarians believe that every value should not be legislated save whatever the latest statist bill.

Gay marriage? Sign me up!

Abortion? Sign me up!

If they were honest they would understand that the dispute is not between legislation or no legislation, but between which values ought to be legislated.

Which post did I ask you that? You're thinking of someone else on this thread.

A definition of what libers call freewill and personal liberty is gay marriage, gay military and adoption and immigration, abortion, open borders, and all the most coveted goals of the left in regards to conquering America.

Read this for instance, perhaps it sounds good to you until you think deeper.

“”Sexual orientation, preference, gender, or gender identity should have no impact on the government’s treatment of individuals, such as in current marriage, child custody, adoption, immigration or military service laws.””

Liberal trolls are liberal.

Libertarian equates to liberty, not license.

Not that i think you give a damn about facts.
