Believe it or not libertatians are all for this. They just don't believe in legislating it. History has shown tyrants have emerged from having power to legislate values and morality to no end.

You guys will say anything, Colonial america had the death penalty for purely moral crimes not involving property or harm to others.

Before the 1960s sodomy was a felony in every state.

All laws are really about morality.

Liberaltarians believe that every value should not be legislated save whatever the latest statist bill.

Gay marriage? Sign me up!

Abortion? Sign me up!

If they were honest they would understand that the dispute is not between legislation or no legislation, but between which values ought to be legislated.
