What always puzzles me are the blacks I work with—intelligent, college-educated people who, nevertheless, remain loyal to the Democratic plantation. What the heck, people! Those Democrats never wanted you to succeed!

Lloyd, I appreciate you and agree with much of what you are saying but I disagree when you say blacks are aborting themselves out of existence. The white majority are the ones non-populating out of existence.
Black men figured out years ago that they didn’t have to pay for the children they fathered as long as Uncle Sam was willing to pay the freight. The Chicagos and Detroits are what you have when liberal governments run amok. They may be killing each other but that’s just collateral damage as they advance themselves politically.
They’ve made it so it is impossible to even disagree with a black person (as long as he’s not Benjamin Carson or Thomas Sowell or yourself) without the R-word being thrown and that stops any constructive conversation.
The gay community has picked up on this and are now engaged in the same thing. Disagree with them, even on moral, religious grounds, and the H-word is immediately hurled.
They will not police themselves and they are winning power. If many die in the process, so be it. It’s all a political power struggle and their ball is being advanced, not ours.
America has become a ghetto culture with a ghetto economy and a ghetto president. And in a ghetto environment, there is no right or wrong. There’s only survival and what you can get away with. Blacks and gays have long lived this way so they have learned to flex their political muscle as never before, regardless how unfair or unright that may be to anyone else.
They are beyond the point of being ashamed for their behavior. They’ll just claim past injustices against their people exonerate their revenge mentality. They’re just going to survive Chicago-style, Detroit-style, Soweto-style and eliminate anyone who stands opposed to them.
It’s truly sad that this is America 2013 but only through God-led repentance will this course be changed and I just don’t see that happening until our country gets much, much worse. God is withdrawing his hand of blessing upon America because we no longer seek Him or respect Him. That’s true of the entire culture, black and white.
Continue to be the voice of reason, Lloyd, but don’t expect anyone in the ghetto culture to heed it.
Folks, this is exactly what liberal black leaders and liberal whites having been doing to blacks: refusing to hold us accountable for destructive behavior and making excuses for us.
Real compassion is honestly dealing with the issues plaguing the black community rather than so-called advocates (Democrats and the MSM) using our dysfunction for their political and financial gain.

Over the last two weeks, I’ve read several stories of young people performing heroic acts. These are young, black children, teenages. The first was in Lancaster, PA, Temar Boggs, who rescued a 5 year old girl from a kidnapper. Then yesterday, a 10 year old girl in Atlanta, Zna Gresham, catches a 1 month old infant from a burning building. Both of them were interviewed on local television, and I was amazed at the poise and good manners they both possessed. Their parents should be sooo proud. What I would like to see is national news make THESE kinds of stories their headlines. The younger generation is our hope, too..and goodness knows, they need real role models, not race-baiting ‘Reverends’ and gansta rap musicians.
While their are real problems, 0bama and Holder only fan the flames and make things worse. I still am hopeful that with men like you and a growing number of black conservatives getting more exposure, that the page will eventually turn. I wish you well, sir.

You are right on, sir!!! As I have often posted on this site, Barack Hussein Obama and his ilk of power hungry Black racist leaders are the worst nightmare for Black America!!! They have set Black folks back at least 100 years, dooming them to economic isolation. opportunity progress and forced living in an ever ongoing dangerous and criminal environment for their children and themselves!!! Sad commentary, that these folks are so blind to reality!!!
Hopefully some will read your words and take them to heart. It is sad when a black person tries to point out problems and are mostly attacked. Life could be better for blacks if more would open their mind to your words, Lloyd Marcus. Keep fighting the good fight and God bless.
Too bad the "sacrificial lambs" have it so deeply ingrained that they have a "right" to commit violent/criminal acts are being purposely kept dumbed down so they continue the works of their slave-masters.
The "plantation" would have died a graceful death if they hadn't been so deliberate about ensuring its continuance and insisting that their charges stayed firmly caged.
