On FR the other day on another thread, we were discussing whether or not Holder would be just grandstanding for a while on this, keeping his troops of primarily low-information black youths and young adults hopeful and happy, while knowing that the facts and history of the state criminal case would indicate that prosecuting Zimmerman on federal charges would be impossible.

Unfortunately, things are so radicalized in the Obama-Holder (In)Justice Dept., especially the Civil Rights Division, that no one can rule out getting a rubber-stamp federal "civil rights" indictment against Zimmerman and putting him on trial again.
