If it’s good enough for Obama it’s good enough for them.

10 pounds of rice - 5 dollars
10 pounds of beans 5 dollars
12 pounds of chicken 15 dollars

40 meals for 25 dollars. Nutritious, filling and inexpensive. Dinner for 4 at McDonalds 25 dollars.

EBT cards should only be used for certain foodstuffs. Sorry, you want steak and lobster get a job.

A 40# bag of dog food costs more than a 40# bag of pinto beans at Costco, which can be had for under $20.

Dog and cat food has bone particles in it and is unsafe for human consumption. We spend how many hundreds of billions every year on just food stamps?

I fixed the situation,

What exactly did you do to "fix the situation?"

Did you take them down to a local food bank, and show them ways to supplement their pantry? Did you show them how to sign up for public assistance? Did you take them to find a job? Did you buy them lunch or groceries with money from your own pocket?

There are many ways to fix the situation -- I can't believe with as many public assistance programs their are, public and private, that anyone should be starving in America.

Some of the doggie treats are really good, and they build strong teeth.

I like the Chicken that tastes like bacon.

If they choose to eat dog food, it’s their choice. Beans and rice are a perfectly good protein source. Ask anyone whose mother grew up during the Great Depression.

Dog and cat food is not cheap. It’s more expensive per pound than human food.

I could order off of McDonald’s dollar menu and eat for cheaper than dog food costs. I call BS on this.

Leftists never worry about telling their lies in public because the media never call them on it.

Yea right. Pet food is more expensive than buying a can of tuna and loaf of bread or some ramen noodles. Maybe they should stop selling their food stamps for drug, cigarette, and alcohol money and the wouldn’t run out so easily. And trust me I’m talking about white trash people too on food stamps who sell will offer to buy a neighbor 150 dollars worth of groceries for 100 dollars in cash. Saving the neighbor or friend 50 dollars and providing the food stamp card holder some cash to buy “other” things.

So?
What did they spend their food stamps on? What were their priorities for their remaining case (The “S” in SNAP is Supplemental).
Did they ask anybody else for help? (I’m a softie. Tell me you’re hungry, if I have any money left on my bank card, you’ll get meal - even if I don’t eat.)

Their needs (and bad choices) doesn’t constitute an obligation on the taxpayers.

I feed my dog Purina Pro Plan - it's the only thing he's ever eaten and I can highly recommend it!
