There were a couple in there who just wanted to find him guilty of SOMETHING. But then it came down to that moment where George really DID fear for his life. In the end that is what it came down to.
They may have been confused but in the end she is exactly right. All the bs about Zimmerman getting out of the car had no bearing on his right to defend his life from a brutal attack. And that will never change.
You should have heard the idiot on Jeopardy.
Even with creampuff questions he doesn’t know basic geography.

Cooper keeps trying to get her to say George was guilty of something but she says that a the moment of the shooting he had a right to defend his life. “That’s how I read the law.”

Why do you think that there were no conservative men on the jury?
The prosecution did their very best not to allow that because they knew that their chances of winning or even hanging to the jury would about zero.
I also think George came within a whisker of falling prey to an emotional jury, but they did DO THE RIGHT THING.
IMO AC was successful (in the pro-TM sense) in getting her to admit that the jurors were confused by the law and their instructions on how to apply it. She fell for it and that is what the pro-TM crowd will pounce on. Just watch, they will try to label these ladies as idiots who had no idea about the law...
Overall she is doing a good job but I fear that that one point will be THE talking point from here on out.

Juror tears up at thought that someone lost their life. Thinks both responsible for what happened—couldn’t walk away. Feels sorry for both.

Martin became responsible for all events when he attacked Zimmerman.
