Hmmm, I wonder. It seems the whole point of this circus is to shine the light on GZ, so maybe the idea of TM’s history isn’t on their radar. I agree that it’s striking that there are no viable witnesses to his sainthood, just not sure one way or another if the jury is thinking that way. It’s all manipulation anyway, it’s just disgusting on so many levels.
For better or worse, the character of the victim should rarely have any impact on a trial; though in this case, where the defendant was attacked, I think it should have been allowed.
