It may widen to leaks but will ANYBODY go to prison?

Doubtful with this corrupt bunch. And I’m talking about BOTH sides.

Obama regime is successfully running out the clock. They know most Americans have a maximum memory capacity of 6 weeks.

They know most Americans have a maximum memory capacity of 6 weeks.

Thus most Americans get the government they deserve.

Sadly, we are forced to live under the thumb of that government which THEY deserve.

Or a memory of at least the week between episodes of ‘American Idol’ or ‘Dancing With The Stars’. Or maybe the time between the latest games of the NFL’s or NBA’s Thug Gangsters With Tattoos.

"It may widen to leaks but will ANYBODY go to prison?"

The American Center for Law and Justice (Jay Sekulow's group) has brought action against the IRS on behalf of over 40 clients who were targeted for harassment and obstruction. One thing the ACLJ is doing is using a Supreme Court decision that allows for a suit to go directly after an individual who works for the government and seek monetary damages if they have committed acts of malice using their position of power as leverage.

This can really shake up the bastards that work for the IRS because they can lose a LOT of money and be forced to pay their own legal expenses too. I'd not be surprised to see a couple of them start squealing like stuck pigs.

Nothing will ever come of these illegalities until individuals can be prosecuted, sent to prison, their federal pensions confiscated, and their families kicked out of their expensive homes and forced to live on welfare and foodstamps.

I agree with you to an extent. But another aspect of the questionable memory capacity of many citizens is that they unthinkingly allow the corrupt media to decide what is and is not important regarding the news.

Congress needs to pass laws allowing civil suits compelling monetary confiscation of all earnings and subsequent earnings of federal employees involved in these illegalities, to fund a victims compensation fund.

Kelly is “one of the best” because he’s not a freakin’ lawyer.

He’s a businessman by trade and he has a very low tolerance for B.S.

As good as he is, I can’t believe that EVERY congressional district doesn’t have several people just like him available to run.

Wouldn’t it be great to have 435 Mike Kelly’s in the next Congress?

After Nixon’s abuse of the IRS disclosure of an individual’s or entities private tax information is a felony, punishable with 5 years in the federal pen.

So we’ll see which of these IRS “rogue agents” want to be convicted of a felony and lose their federal jobs and bene’s...I suspect these people already know who they are and should be positioning themselves to point fingers in exchange for lesser sentencing.

I agree that much crime has been committed here. Much.

Only thing I see being done about it is some people involved being given promotions.

Who is going to hold any of them accountable?

How about this...
In 2011, the Internal Revenue Service mailed 23,994 tax refunds totaling $46,378,040 to “unauthorized” aliens — all supposedly at the same Atlanta address. That year, according to a Treasury inspector general’s report cited by CNSNews.com, the IRS sent 2,507 refunds worth $10,395,874 to one address in Oxnard, Calif., and 2,408 such checks equal to $7,284,212 to an address in Raleigh, N.C.
IRS agents spent some $108 million on official credit cards over the last two years. An internal audit showed that this bought “multiple lunches, dinners and related alcohol purchases” as well as “diet pills, romance novels, steaks, a smartphone and baby-related items, such as bottles, games and clothing.” One revenue officer’s taxpayer-funded card financed subscriptions to pornography websites.
Even worse, the Washington Times editorialized, “The IRS didn’t bother to cancel credit cards of employees who quit or retired, meaning the party could continue long after the government ‘service’ ended.”

Rep. Mike Kelly (R-PA) of the House Ways and Means Committee conducting one of the IRS congressional investigations: “IRS has on file personal info on people. It is being leaked out and given to people for very specific political reasons......this is something that should be the most chilling thing for Americans to understand. The IRS is a branch of government under the executive branch that can be used for intimidation....leaked to the right person at the right time.....they can completely destroy individuals.”

CONNECTING THE DOTS: Obama's stranglegold on Treasury via COS Rahm Emanuel's dual role

THE TARGETING PAPER TRAIL BEGINS: Soon as they occupied the WH, Obama and the Chicago con artists (a) took control of the US Census; (b) Obama placed his COS Rahm Emanuel in control of the US Dept of the Treasury (the IRS). Read on.

==========================================

THE SMOKING GUN---WSJ REPORT--On Jan 20, 2009 Timothy Geithner was appointed Obama's Secy of the Treasury. But within three weeks, the Obama White House tightened its grip on Treasury. Obama put his COS, Rahm Emanuel, in charge of Treasury---Rahm Emanuel's dual role was an unusual move.

When he got to Treasury, WH COS Rahm Emanuel was so involved in the inner workings of the Treasury that the phrase "Rahm wants it" had become an unofficial mantra among subservient govt staffers, prostrate in obeisance, scurrying to accede to Rahm's wishes, according to Treasury government officials. Reported by WSJ / 05/31/09

Contact Congress Toll Free 1-(866) 220-0044 : All of the Treasury factotums doing Rahm's bidding need to be identified and brought before Congress to testify under oath. We need to know the specifics WRT Emanuel's activities at Treasury including dates and times when Emanuel consorted w/ the IRS.

=================================================

MOMENTS TO REMEMBER Obama was fond of saying "Tea Parties are a threat to democracy."

Obama told hispanics, " we will reward our friends and punish our enemies."

Valerie Jarrett ominously warned, they "would not forget" which Americans did not worship Obama.

Contact Congress Toll Free 1-(866) 220-0044---Taxpayers demand Congress call govt employees at Treasury (IRS), who were underlings of Obama COS Rahm Emanuel...to testify under oath, including the number of times Emanuel consorted with the IRS. The WJS reported Emanuel's unusual arrangement----his dual role as WH COS and Treasury head.
