I’m amazed that some people are making an issue of this. This is minor.

(This is not a statement of fact. It is either opinion or satire; or both.)

I beg to differ. On the WWII Memorial the word "God" has been omitted from one of Roosevelt's Speeches quoted there. In the courts of the People's Republic of Maryland, the phrase "So help me God" has been dropped from the Oath taken by witnesses. As I 'm sure you know, prayer and even the mere mention of God have been outlawed in our Public Schools Childhood Indoctrination Centers, eliminated from from our workplaces, and purged from virtually all public discourse.
Words matter, as the Quislings infesting our government well know. It is no accident that they have purged such phrases as "Islamic Terrorism" from the lexicons of the Pentagon and Faggy Bottom.
It is not minor. It is one of a worsening series of events undercutting our First Amendment Freedoms in the name of political correctness.
The patriot Samuel Adams signed the Declaration of Independence including the the words "endowed by their Creator," "the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God," and "with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence." I daresay he and the other 55 Signers are spinning in their graves.
