WBill's rules for media stories like this:
Victim's gender mentioned = opposite sex molestation.
Victim's gender NOT mentioned = same sex molestation.
Rules are correct, most of the time.
Both crimes are equally reprehensible, I might add. But the media either omitting certain facts, or leaving them in as it fits their storyline and/or politics, is disgusting as well.
Same thing fits for politics. News catches a pol with a zipper problem, or with some money they shouldn't have and:
Republican Affiliations will be mentioned in paragraph one, sentence one, as in "Cleetus Sleezball, a prominent Republican from xxxxx county, was indicted today for...".
Dem affiliations will be buried at the end of the story (continued on page 27), if mentioned at all.
Funny story. Best friend adopted a couple of great kids a few years back. The Gov't wonk came out to inspect his house. The Wonk stopped the whole process cold, when he found out the kid's 2nd story bedroom window only opened 19 inches, and needed to open 20. Kids "couldn't get out, in case of fire". No fire ladder was required, the window just needed to open the correct distance.
Did I mention that the house was an A-Frame, and exiting the window in question would mean a 30+ foot drop, to a concrete patio?
So....my friend, having put up with a ridiculous amount of nonesense like this already and having hit the end of his rope, found out how humorless this bureaucrat was when he asked..."So....having a window that can only open 19 inches is NOT acceptable, but letting the kids fall 30 feet to their death is perfectly fine?"
Yep. Bureaucratic idiots are not known for their sense of humor.
Fortunately, my friend put in a fire ladder (which he was planning to do, anyway) and had the local volunteer fire chief come out, inspect his property, and declare it "OK". The right box was checked on the correct form, and the problem was solved.
It's funny now, but at the time, with an adoption a couple of years in the making on the line, it certainly wasn't. Gov't is never your friend.
At last, the other side of the story.....
If I'm not mistaken, Russia was recently criticized by our MSM for their ban on Americans adopting their children.......now we know why.
I believe he did but he was also criticized by our MSM for doing so without them giving the true reason..........

wow, I have no idea how this woman did it but for she went over, went into a room and chose a boy and a girl.
Last I heard was that they were both suicidal and though in a private school, yea go figure so much for diversity when it’s all black a few miles down the road they are having problems in school.
