I am on a stricter diet than the old days.. Thank gooodness they don’t have Midnight Buffets anymore.

The best part,, pretty calm waters most of the way. The Eagle Foundation visit in Haines was the highlight for me. Great displays of all kinds of alaskan wildlife.

I met so many vets , it was good talking with them and their wives.
