What keeps this guy’s head from caving in?

There’s nothing inside. You’d think it would have imploded by now.

Hopefully.

Unfortunately, he’ll draw a fat lifetime government pension. His reward for his role in screwing up the country and screwing over the rest of us. We MUST somehow do something about that.

We need to prosecute when Mark Levin is AG.

We need to prosecute when Mark Levin is AG.

That's what I hate about Levin. He talks about the Constitution for hours, but he won't criticize The Patriot Act, GITMO, or any abuse by law enforcement.

I suspect he's personally a solid civil libertarian. But talking about the 4th & 5th Amendments on the air sounds "liberal" to yokels and would be bad for business.

Indeed. There are records of your grocery store purchases. Where you went on the internet, who you called, where you went, how fast you drove there, what you bought, how often you bought beer, what organizations you belong to, what you read, etc etc etc.

While I understand the need to find terrorists, not at this price. A “rogue agent” like the government we have now could abuse those facts, know whom to hire and fire, know whom to give loans to, or grants. They could violate you in any way, they will, and they are.

As AG he would only act in a Constitutional matter. As a host... I can’t speak for him but his time at Justice under Reagan was stellar.

Anyone who thinks government will not use information collected other than for "terrorist" activity are delusional and historical dunces.

Remeber when we were all upset over 600 FBI files?

I notice that he’s not so quick to just be “one of us” when it comes to healthcare, ie, the rest of us don’t get the exemption which he and the rest of Congress claimed for themselves.

Yep, he completely turns that “innocent until proven guilty” thing on its head. But he still claims a special right to be exempt from Obamacare, as a politician. Will he demand that we all get that right? We already know-negative.

No ambiguity at all, except that it’s neither taught, reinforced or learned any more.

The problem isn’t stopping it, that’s not enough. The data needs to be destroyed, the agencies eliminated, the perpetrators fired.

Government is simply too big and too ineffective to be less than a tyranny.
