“Empty threats”? You mean like the current, sitting US President who is all bluff and no follow through? The Israelis usually say what they mean and mean what they say except regarding Iran because the US has clipped their wings with another Chamberlainesque, give diplomacy a little more time...

No they are not empty threats, there is no doubt Israel has weaponry in place to take out biblical advances on their country..
