Come on now, don’t be too hard on them. .. Even a good playwrite or screen writer needs a few drafts and revisions to create a compelling story. I know, I know. You night have been expecting something simple like the truth. Silly American. This is hussein we are talking about. Don’t you realize everything he and his cohorts do, everything about him and his administration is historic, unprecedented? That kind of drama, that kind of massage takes time and effort to put together. The truth is just a starting point, quickly left behind as the message and narrative unfolds. Not satire.
Rush led with this: that ABC’s Jonathan Karl is reporting that the administration lied about the talking points. They have been claiming that the tp underwent very minor, very limited rewrite. Instead, it’s now reported in the LSM that after TWELVE rewrites, the final version had removed ALL reference to terrorism, to al qaida, to ansar al sharia, and to the early CIA warnings about terror threats that everybody knew about.
Rush is distilling the new info out there down into that kernel, that nugget: Administration knowingly lied about the talking points.
What you two are focusing on is worthy, no doubt. But no matter what these people try to say was their reason for altering the talking points, at the top level of the administration they lied by claiming very little was done to the original version.
Government and those in it lie as a matter of routine...
This is what corrupt government does..
They lie, divert, evade and deceive.
It’s very similar to what television does as they spoon feed the masses exactly what they want them to hear and when they want them to hear it.
That will be up to her. She doesn't need to do so willingly.

Yes she is...and the lefties ain’t gonna like it.
Issues:
1) the State Department had the necessary budget
2) wanted Benghazi to become a permanent consulate
3) it was 1 of only 15 sites out of 300 globally to be rated at the 2 highest levels
4) and MOST DAMNING - ignored multiple formal requests to bring it up to legal standards after multiple, serious security incidents
There are only 15 facilities around the world rated "high" or "critical" - out of almost 300. The Benghazi site was rated "critical" (the highest threat) and needed H.R. Clinton's authorization to operate it while at the officially documented, legally deficient state of security, before the attack.
H.R. Clinton told Stevens, presumably ordered by Obama, that this admin's goal was to make Benghazi a permanent consulate. But, career state department employees were threatened, and demoted, for using official channels to make basic requests for security before the mid-term election.

Its unfortuant that The Obama Administration did not put half this amount of effort in reviewing the threats to the Benghazi embacy. Maybe adding instead of taking away security.
