The first time she said the State Dept. told her she is not a member of the immediate family I thought I must have misheard, but she repeated it. I agree with her. If she can remember the labor pains she is immediate family.

I also could not believe some Government idioemployee would make such a statement to the MOTHER of the deceased. Can’t find a definition that doesn’t include the parents. e.g.

“parents, brothers, sisters, children, relatives supported financially, father-in-law, mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and brother-in-law” is the definition incorporated in the national association of securities dealers rules of fair practice on abuses of hot issues through such practices as freeriding and withholding.

As the father of 7, my wife assures me she can remember the labor pains for each. This mother deserves answers, hopefully the other family members will also demand answers, and the “whistleblowers” will be heard providing whatever information they have.
