He will NOT be nominated. As he is NOT a natural born citizen. Period. He will NOT pass muster and the MSM that hid zerO’s foreign born UK/Kenyan citizenship will scream bloody murder. Case closed.

He’s not a natural-born citizen. It didn’t matter to the Democrat but it will matter to a Republican.

This is reality regardless of how talented Cruz is and I am extremely impressed by the guy as a stalwart conservative. What is interesting is the number of potential candidates for President who fail the NBC test. One would think that the odds of such occurrence would be quite rare.

The Canada thing will sink him and be number one on the MSM hit parade.

How so? George Romney was born in Mexico. John McCain was born in Panama.

Both ran for President. Their birthplace was not an issue in either's campaign.

“I would not be in the U.S. Senate today if it were not for Governor Palin,” Cruz said in gratitude.
Cruz said Palin, like him, drives the mainstream media “bat-crap crazy” because she is “fearless,” “principled,” and “courageous” while the mainstream media wants conservatives to “shut up and accept defeat and be timid.”

I don’t believe Obama was eligible but it doesn’t matter any more because the birther crew has gone so far off the rails that they declare just about everyone to be ineligible. Personally I think a good many are trolls.

They even claim Santorum wasn’t eligible.

Apples and oranges. The MSM liked McCain because he was their type of RINO and his father was an officer on duty in panama. Jorge Romney was never was the republican candidate in the general election.

cripple greta video, Mcjuan and that other Rino puke make me sick. It’s only a matter of time those 2 fools do an Arlen Spector.

I wish Palin would challenge McJuan in Arizona.

I'm very aware of Serhent head and his tactics.

I'm probably a lot older than you.

My comment was to address that you seem to be influenced by what he said, for whatever reason, indicates you value his opinion and would consider it when making decisions about a candidate.

The Junior Senator is a breath of fresh air and I like a lot better than my Sr. Senator.

I voted for Ted Cruz...to represent ME...not to go to D.C. to go along with McCain and Graham!

Abd Cruz can kiss Texas, Arizona, California, New Mexico and Nevada goodbye - because he is Cuban.

No, his father was not an immigrant during the Cuban revolution. His father was a domestic terrorist in Cuba who came here before the Castro takeover.

I personally think the senate is where Sarah Palin would be most effective for now. We need to restore the balance of power.

The Obama gang wants Cruz to run and for the House and Senate to vote to say he is eligible. Once that happens, Obama is legitimized, regardless of the phony BC.

The SCOTUS will only look at the matter if a Federal case works its way to them. As we have seen, the Judiciary wants no part of this decision and does not want to touch the definition of NBC.

If a case comes forward, the SCOTUS will likely not take it and take the position that BHO was elected twice and was not impeached, therefore the definition of NBC has been set at “born of at least one US citizen” and there is no issue to resolve.

Also, IMHO, I do not believe any conservative will not vote for Cruz for POTUS because they believe the definition of NBC is different than the SCOTUS and Congress have set. Too much is at stake and once Cruz is on the ballot, and the SCOTUS does not object, it becomes effective law and will not be subject to an Amendment drive due to lack of desire on the part of Congress.

I don’t know...Ted Cruz was on the ballot for Senate here in Texas, and if I remember, he did pretty well.

...or I confusing him with Abd Cruz?

Personally, I nbelieve the "birther" movement is a designed distraction -- a distraction from the very real issue about whether Obama was actually born in Hawaii or not.

Once the emphasis changed from place-of-birth (and validity of the birth certificate) to the arcane definition of a "natural-born citizen", the movement went off the rails.

Whatever, the "birther" distraction has certainly been good for Obama's supporters.

That’s why I and other “Paleo birthers” walked away.

Many of us didn’t expect him to be removed from office, we just wanted it to be known so states would enact laws to require proof in the future. Unfortunately the same crowd got involved there and made it all about Obama which effectively killed legislation.

Why would Carville be pimping for him?

Why would Carville be pimping for him?

Considering how quick some were to launch into an attack over Carville "pimping" for him, I'd say he was hoping the easily manipulated morons would behave exactly as they are.
