There is also the potential for Assad to declare war on Israel and unleash what he has. I don’t understand the thinking of a country that suffers attacks from a neighbor and makes no effort to fight back.
Assad is ass deep in alligators, and needs everything he has just to try to maintain a grip on power. Every transparent piece of agitprop has not helped at all. He could no more attack Israel than he could put a man on the Moon.
