Another low information victim. Doesn’t he realize he’s supposed to wait the full 23 minutes for the police to arrive, let the perps shoot him full of holes, because if he has a gun of his own, they will definitely take it away and use it on him? This outcome is not going to make the loonballs on the left happy.

You do not need a concealed permit in the state of AZ to carry..either open or concealed.

So, anyone who thinks they need to relieve any person of his our her belongings in the state of AZ had better keep it in mind that there is a very good chance this person might be packing.

The victim had also been armed with a legally concealed handgun

That's funny.

For those not familiar with Arizona Gun Laws, any concealed handgun is legally concealed, we don't have to get permission from the state to carry concealed.

The names of the criminals weren't released until now...

Jesus Bernal-Rivas, 19, and Angel Estrada, 21, and his brother...of Yuma, (I think the unnamed brother, who got shot, is an 18 YO)

Rivas is considered a flight risk and was on probation when he allegedly committed the offense.

All of this from the Yuma Sun, our daily paper.

Arizona Has Decimated the Liberal, Feel Good “Gun Buy-Back” Schemes!

” Arizona found a great way to stop the ineffective and wasteful buy back events. They simply created a state law forbidding the destruction of the collected firearms. Any firearms collected for any reason by state or local government agencies must be sold to law-abiding citizens.
Phoenix and Tucson can deal with crime by sending the tax money to schools, police agencies and foster parents. That might actually work to reduce crime far more effectively than these gun buy-back charades”
