Its no secret that a lot of people do not prepare for the worst. Whether its an economic collapse, a natural disaster, man-made disaster or any other kind of an emergency, it seems most households are not properly equipped to handle a crisis. This was apparent with recent events like Hurricane Sandy and the severe weather disasters in the Midwest and south in the middle of last year.

He might be up the creek, but at least he has a paddle.
More than just his neck is red. “THIRSTY! Will trade brain for booze!”
Get a Sodastream maker, requires no electricity and makes carbonated soda pop. Get powdered soup, and moo milk from Arguson Farms (survival food). Plus they have dehydrated everything, onions, celery, carrots, potatos, etc. Order on Amazon or Walmart website. You’ll be astounded at how much dehydrated product is available in big canisters that have a 20 year shelf life unopened, and a one year shelf life if opened. Their soups are great!
BLM? DMA?
What are those?

Bureau of Land Mangement. It is a fairly well known agency. Perhaps, you live in the city, regardless- look it up. You can get all area USGS maps for at least five counties, perhaps more. You can also order a specific route by area. The maps run about $11.00 each, or at least did a couple of years ago. Get to it.

And besides, I like to eat fish.
My wife and I are going to NC in June to spend time with my grandson, my daughter and son-in-law at the beach. Might be able to go fishing, if not I look forward to some good fresh sea food.
We have camping gear. Several dutch ovens. And I don’t need a recipe to make biscuits. Do that by memory and never measure anything in them except the flour I start with.
Also have a yeast bread recipe in my head. Keep a pound of yeast in my refrigerator. Have been the family baker for 35+ years.
By the way, condensed canned milk works great for biscuits. And has good shelf life.

We proles pay a lot of money for various parts of our government to produce maps.
