This year old poll provides good insight as to why the vast majority of Hispanics vote Democrat. This poll portends that amnesty will be a bonanza for Democrats and permanent minority status for Republicans.

And it doesn’t take much from there to see how earnest voters have been duped not only by GOPe candidates, but by their supposedly different, tea party challengers just as well.

Support for a larger government is greatest among immigrant Latinos. More than eight-in-ten (81%) say they would rather have a bigger government with more services than a smaller government with fewer services.

This is all anyone needs to know about why Democrats are salivating to make these 12-20 million "immigrant Latino's" new US voters. These people want free stuff, and the Democrats are going to promise (and deliver) it to them. 80% of these Hispanics that would be amnestied under these comprehensive immigration bills will be new Democrat voters - possibly even more than that.
