Kuwait has reported the theft of a massive amount of U.S. weapons. The Interior Ministry said thieves broke into a warehouse and stole a huge amount of firearms and ammunition. The ministry said 20,000 U.S.-origin M-16 assault rifles and 15,000 rounds for 9mm pistols were stolen.
There were no guards during the break-in, the ministry said on April

STIMULUS could have built EIGHTY Hoover dams. Obama built division and corruption. He should be impeached just for Porkulus.
So many muslim chiefs with so many friends.
Could it be our very own Dear Leader?
This^^^
How else can you cleanly arm the Muslim Islamists with basically no questions asked? Oops... somebody "stole" them, shucks. Much cleaner than Fast and Furious.
Did anybody check on Holder’s whereabouts?
Exactly. We rightly condemn much of the welfare state started by Roosevelt, but at least his spending produced some public works projects that are still being used today. I think the wasted stimulus spending of late was a crime against our children’s future.
obamaic islamism advances
Stolen... sure. Probably sent to Obama’s Al Qaeda buddies in Syria.
Unguarded for a reason.
xactly.
Did he give them the keys or temporarily dismiss the guards?
Treasonous bastard, arming his brethren to the 9’s.
Just like the manpads, will be used against western interests and our friends in David.
Yes, Dianne Feinstein's fault. Not a peep from her. Because she wants the enemy armed against American citizens, without any checks, registry, or tracking. Because she wants us denied these weapons, and us tracked, and us jailed. But no-siree Bob, arm our enemies and don't say a word. She's on some powerful committees and does have a say.
Did we get a background check on the perps? /s/
Maybe they were already gone!
So our government allowed 20,000 M-16s to go into the hands of Islamist enemies. Well, at least they didn’t allow American civilian redneck men of prior service to get their hands on the rifles. [Little irony and sarcasm there.]
Wonder if they had the bolts stored there too?
Or ask them to voluntarily turn them in exchange for a couple of Justin Beiber tickets or something. I'm sure that'll work.
“20,000 U.S.-origin M-16 assault rifles”
They are/were Kuwaiti-owned military stock.
20,000 rifles is an unbelievably large number, this facility must be if not the sole, or single largest armory in the country.
“The regular forces are 15 500 people. The reserve - 23 700 people. Militarized formations (National Guard) - 5 000 people.” Source: http://topgun.rin.ru/cgi-bin/texts.pl?category=state&mode=show&unit=6050&lng=eng
In effect, every single rifle owned by the Reservist Command in the country was stolen, in a single robbery.
No doubt it was an inside job.
No, this is how we arm the Syrian resistance.
They are not the enemy. they are not all lily white but they will prevail.
That sounded so incredible I searched a bit more. There was a translation error in early reports.
TL:DR : It was 20,000 ROUNDS of M-16 ammo, and the 9mm ammo, shooting ear protectors, and other stuff you’d find at a shooting range, and a printer.
Here is the updated story
