BREAKING NEWS: The FBI has identified two suspects in Monday's the Boston Marathon bombing, releasing photos and video showing them and asking the public to help locate them.
The suspects, one of whom wore a a dark ballcap and the other who wore backwards white ballcap,appear to be in their twenties and were captured on footage near where one of two explosions killed three and injured 176. In video that appears to be from a surveillance camera and which was shown by the FBI, both suspects are walking west on Boylston Street, near the finish line and where the explosions occurred.
"Someobody out there knows them as friends, coworkers. Although it may be difficult, we are counting on those [people] to come forward." - Rick Deslauriers, FBI

Looking further at the video, I matched it up with Google streetview.
The two suspects coming south on Gloucester turned left onto Boylston where they walked east, in the same direction as the runners, and were captured on the time stamp of the video at about 2:38 p.m. That's a block and a half from the second blast site and two blocks and a half from the first blast site. So clearly the video was not reversed.
Since the bombs detonated at 2:47 p.m. those two did NOT dawdle anywhere. They walked straight to their target spots, deposited their bags and then at least Suspect #2 the white-hat guy returned the way he came but turned north one block short (on Fairfield) of the way they came, as it appears from the high-res photo.
It’s Boston. He’s probably a hard-core progressive thinking how this terror attack is sure to clinch it for Obama’s gun-grab bill in the Senate. He’s probably not smiling anymore as of yesterday.
That’s some squared away investigative work. Thanks, I haven’t even looked at street view yet.
I’m hoping more photos will come out to answer some of our questions.
pretty sure he is LE and is testing the air around the bomb site for a chemical release. others were seen in thae area with bulky backpacks that people said were navy seals or LE with backpack radation testers and chemical sensors.

That’s what I was thinking, too. Why a white hat and why backwards? Sticks out too much. Doesn’t seem right.
He just appeared so very calm compared to everyone else in the picture (except the large smiling guy).
But we all are looking for any clue, so maybe he’s just wondering what happened as you said.
Sorry - but I just don’t see what you are seeing.
If you look at the very end of the FBI video when #2 comes around the corner, it certainly looks like his arm is not in a bent position, but rather in a natural arm swing.

yes, the gimpy arm kinda matches how suspect 2 is almost always holding his arm at 90 degree angle.
suspect 2’s hand is larger. Me thinks he was wearing a high definition silicone prosthetic hand which are quite easy to get these days.

Those photos look pretty clear on the FBI board. It looks as if there is a nice clear shot of white hat guy—front face view—on the board on the right.

See the guy stepping out of the doorway? Is he using an earpiece and talking on something after seeing them in the video?
He’s got a nice kind face...but it looks like he wrinkled his forehead...There is an initial shock which is emotionless...We’ve all experienced that.

That weasel Brett Baier has been kissing a lot of Obama ass lately. He was all pompous and prissy this evening warning the viewers NOT to give any credence to photos and interpretations on websites (think he meant FR?). And old judge Napolitano was screaming “Richard Jewell! Richard Jewell!”
FOX is largely owned by Saudi Arabians. The producers have been told to cool it or else.
