He said this afternoon the internet was acting funny as it did before the McVeigh bombing.....in fact his business client talking with him had noted it as well.

Did any body else notice a slow down or difference in the internet this afternoon before this happened...maybe up to a couple hours?

That was in 1995. There was an internet back then. But I doubt the OKC bombing had anything to do with anything.
