When Bush betrayed his conservative base re crimigrants, I knew it was lose/lose for us.
Amnesty betrays any immigrant who came to this country legally.
It also betrays the taxpayers who are paying Billions to keep them fed and pay their hospital bills and also pay for their children in Mexico by the IRS sending them checks.
Identity theft, driving without license or insurance what other crimes will they pardon illegal for? Will American citizens get the same deal?
Perhaps sex crimes such as Rape and/or Pedophilia?
This is an endless circle. Forcing business to pay the new legals higher wages will just bring in more illegals willing to work for less which business will gladly hire. That leaves us paying for more welfare for the unemployed legals.
This is an impressive crowd, the haves and the have-mores. Some people call you the elite. I call you my base.Uttered supposedly in jest (at the Al Smith Memorial Dinner in NYC on 10/19/00), he did not use any words descriptive of conservatives per se, but rather liberal elites.
Violation of the law is nothing new for Democrats, who violate the law, and more specifically the constitution, on a daily basis.
They will NEVER give up the attempt to naturalize what is, in effect, an enormous Democrat voter base by granting citizenship to several million economic and social dependents.
Amnesty doesn’t work and guest workers(whom are treated much like illegals) don’t work. Neither does "looking the other way" towards illegals just because it makes your business appear solvent.
Idiot Republican hating unions too stupid to see how much they’re hurting themselves.
