(CNN) -- Osama bin Laden's son-in-law, who has served as an al Qaeda spokesman, was captured and has been brought to the United States, two administration officials and a federal law enforcement official said Thursday.
Sulaiman Abu Ghaith is being held in New York, and will appear in court Friday to face federal charges, the law enforcement official said.
A sealed indictment lays out charges against him, the administration officials said.

How did he not qualify for the Hellfire treatment?
Federal charges, eh, instead of greasing him in his overseas spider hole?
Who cares about the charges, just "send in the clones".
Maybe they are all being reserved for US Citizens?
Well the article says he was caputured by Jordanians after.....a CIA tip. So my guess of why he was not qualified for a drone drop is....he’s not an American.
Must have been a prepper.
Forget the drones, he’s getting a cabinet post.
I really don’t appreciate their talking about where he will be and when. Let’s just make everyone in the vicinity of the NY federal courthouse vulnerable.
I was thinking that, too. Why are they advertizing where he is? Just paint a bulls-eye on the building and be done with it. Honestly, don’t these people think? (rhetorical question)
My memory (such as it is) is that the “Blind Sheik” was due for a major hearing/sentencing at the same courthouse on 9/11/01. These people are big on symbolism being part of their terrorism.
too bad he’s not a US citizen, or Holder would fire up the drone...
It usually takes me 30 minutes to get through security at the SDNY courthouse. Now it’s going to be a total disaster.
There are blast walls all around that place though. At least it won’t be a truck bomb.
Nah
Have him scheduled for a marathon session of “find the Koran” at the Gitmo latrine .........
Can you imagine having Bin Laden as father in law
All married Frepers here HELLO LOL!
