I have no doubt that Obama will target people on his enemies list as soon as he can.

FYI, Brian Williams just read the headlines for his evening newscast.

Not one word about the filibuster or the drone strike situation. The MSM is going to ignore this just like everything else that might cast the President in an unfavorable light.

So if we have “clear rules” the Executive can murder people without due process?

From the filibuster:

Paraphrased slightly: “The point is the president should come forward and explain his position.

Whether or not we believe in America that there are some rights in America we are not giving up on.

It’s about constitutional principles that we should not give up on.

We need to fight for something that is classicly American. Our individual rights. To be tried on a court by our peers.” ~ Senator Rand Paul

Tell that to Young, Bland and Spencer of the Trinity church, Harris and a little kid in Jakarta.

His methodology for domestic issues is a little more subtle.

Clever wording by Paul. He’s putting the concept out there before Americans who might never have considered it, and doing it in a way that guarantees a lot of media outlets will pick it up and repeat it as “proof” that Obama is a good guy...”even the right-wing Tea Partiers think so!”

He would love to call in drone strikes tonight. Nothing would give this little Hitler more pleasure. Someone has to stop this.

After a particularly fired-up rally in Minnesota, Mr McCain was booed when he tried to soothe the crowd, defending Mr. Obama as “a decent person and a person you do not have to be scared of as president of the United States.”

“Rand Paul: I Don’t Think Obama Will Kill Americans”

Cool, it’s a rhetorical question: I don’t think that Italians will hang Mussolini from meat hooks in Milanese Square.

"I frankly don't think he'll be killing people in their homes tonight," Paul said.

What about tomorrow night?

Paul is being diplomatic. No single person in government, especially in these United States, should be allowed to determine the life or death of a citizen of the United States. This filibuster is historic, and instructive to the weasels in the Senate (if they bothered to pay attention).

I think "Mr. Smith Goes to Washington" should be shown to High School students.
