they were already split...the Dems just triple it...from 25% illegitimacy 1962 to who knows...60-80% in American blacks today

since 60s, white illegitimacy went from 1% to 20%

Yes. Liberal policies didn’t help, but people are more than capable of screwing up their own lives. CULTURE WITHIN the group plays a big role. There’s a lot of unmarried mothers in northern europe but they don’t act like feral animals.
