No Mr. Secretary, "we don't have the right to be stupid". America spends more on education than on anything else and the product is really frightening....our teachers are not taught...they are lose cannons whose students can hardly spell, write or know who their present elected are let along any history of their country. Men who lie to Congress and are still elected are poster boys for the deliberately dumbing down of America...NO MR. SECRETARY...your right to assume your country teaches stupidity is truly sad.

If you’re really stupid you get to be Secretary of State.

“you” may have the right to be stupid. Doesn’t mean I SHOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR IT.

I think Americans proved beyond any shadow of doubt they have a right to be stupid and exercised that right in November 2012.

You have a “right to be stupid” but if you try to be smart and successful they will tax the pants off you!
This idiocy can’t last forever. Something is going to give and it won’t be long from now.

'In America, you have a right to be stupid, if you want to be... and we tolerate that,' Kerry said to a packed Internet cafe in Berlin.Even a traitor can be right every now and them. November the 6th 2012 is a prime example.
Oh, during the confirmation hearings for Sec. State, did Horse Face sign his SF 180 to release his 201 file?

Tolerate my a$$... the democrats encourage and rely on stupidity, that’s how they get elected.

You also have the right to be a treasonous, soulless, uncharasmatic, no-talent, golddigging, long-faced, wanna-be gigolo who uses a dead man’s money to get plastic surgery at 70 freakin’ years old so you can score drunken community college airheads, John.
Go piss up a rope, you witless, pseudo-intellectual piece of communist trash.
P.S. F*ck you.

It appears when he talks about the right to be stupid, that he was talking about "clandestine bike rides" into the Soviet sector when he was a teenager.
That story smells, and not of roses. It seems really similar to his Christmas in Cambodia story.

This is rather rich with ironical possibilities. But taking it directly, I’d say Mr. Kerry took full advantage of that right!

'In America, you have a right to be stupid, if you want to be... and we tolerate that,' Kerry said to a packed Internet cafe in Berlin. John Kerry, Barack Hussein Obama, and countless other politicians in both the Democrat and Republican Parties are demonstrations how stupid American voters are.
We all them "low information voters" in Illinois, and we've called them that for years. Rush Limpbaugh has only recently caught onto the phrase, and unbeknownst to him, he's one of them!

Ex-Sen. john F’ing Kerry is a perfect example of the Peter Principle in action. The most incompetent tool in the drawer gets promoted far beyond his capabilities or abilities. JFK is an Affirmative Action Secretary of State. His boss, Barry Soetoro Obonzo is an Affirmative Action POTUS.

Americans do have the right to be stupid but the federal government doesn’t have the right to force stupidity on children through classroom indoctrination.

No Mr. Secretary, "we don't have the right to be stupid". America spends more on education than on anything else and the product is really frightening....Sorry; but education is to cure IGNORANCE - not stupidity.
That CAN'T be fixed!

hmmm..... I wonder who Kerry is talking about? Maybe this will help shed some light...
“You know education, if you make the most of it, you study hard, you do your homework, and you make an effort to be smart, you can do well, and if you dont you get stuck in Iraq.
