I do not doubt that at all. I have seen a person get replacements with hardly any trouble at all, on taxpayer dime of course.

I’ve seen these phones pitched on TV with a mom (white) saying now she can keep in touch with her kids. The children in the commercial are young, implying they’re living with her, implying multiple obamaphones in the family. So wrong.
