How can any law like registration, which turns a right into a regulated conditional privilege, be constitutional? Legitimate government interest or not, the government was NOT delegated the authority to infringe upon the RIGHT to keep and bare arms. This applies both to the federal government and to the States through the due process clause of the 14th Amendment.

As for the SCOTUS decisions, Obama is just one justice appointment away from getting anything he wants. Roberts is willing to use clever sophistry to twist the Constitution and the Obama appointees would just as soon use UN tribunals as the US courts.
