From the looks of that first debate and stories of chronic disappearance throughout the four years, it’d be my guess.
Wherever it was, it must be really bad. All I know is when they get BO under oath, they need proof when he lies under oath and it better be solid. This may get him in the end. It will take some time to play out, but may be his undoing. Can’t imagine what the press would have done to W and Cheney if they weren’t hands on all night while this went on. W probably would have been impeached for dereliction of duty. Where was BO?
