We've had some pieces on FR over the years about the LA cops being understrength as compared to police forces in other cities. That's why they hang back in riots ~ allegedly.

Now that they're tied down by 1 guy...............

There are much better places to live than LA

but police were on edge and alert to the possibility that the alleged killer had left California. Police in Las Vegas (where Dorner owns property)

Check it out but Dorner is not going there.

Sad it took all this to get his case reopened. Sad at the loss of life, especially the young girl and her fiance. The anguish of her father. The sadness of the family that lost the 31 year old officer. Is the LAPD internal investigation system so poor it could not detect this trouble?

And what of the behavior the guy describes in his manifesto. How can that be ignored?

Turning a pickup truck into a replica of the Bonnie and Clyde death car with two innocent ladies on board will do that.

I imagine they are also trying to figure out how to catch a 6 foot, 270 lb African American guy without being accused of “racial profiling”.

Christopher Dorner is a cowardly POS.

One of his victims, Michael Crain, 34, LEO AD, USMC, will be laid to rest on this coming Wednesday.

The uninformed voter influence has come home to roost.

Evidence the Face book pages, tweets, on-line comments to news stories —

And the news is reporting this stuff, which is supportive of Dorner.

So we now have the same social media participants who elected bo, supporting an anti-authority, ‘unfairly fired,’ minority member, and representative of the oppressed underclass; an anti-hero against the repressive police state.

Use your imagination on where this may go. I think I will give up predicting; I am never extreme enough in my sarcasm.

I don’t know that I’ve ever seen a headline on a major news story that is actually an understatement until now.

They are darn lucky they didn’t kill any of the 3 people they’ve blindly fired at...so far.

I’m sorry, but that behavior I just don’t understand.

“The hunt for alleged cop killer Christopher Dorner has turned into a major public relations challenge for law enforcement officials, in particular the Los Angeles Police Department working its way back from a history of corruption and abuse.
Not only have hundreds of well-trained officers equipped with military-style vehicles – including helicopters with thermal imaging devices one pilot says can pick out a rabbit in a snowstorm – been unable to find the man charged with killing three people and wounding two others on a rampage aimed at police officers and their families.”

If the police keep going the way they’re going, they just might turn this Dorner creep into a new folk hero of sorts… a modern-day Pretty Boy Floyd.

Or a dog on a chain in the backyard. Or a kid delivering papers on his bicycle. Hell, I bet they could pick out granny on the porch in her rocking chair.

Keystone Kops!
Can't even track this guy, but managed to shoot up three innocent people by sheer incompetence and buffoonery.

If I lived in LA, I would be more afraid of the LAPD than Dorner.

cops harass helicopter shoot dorner pickup women

cops shoot innocent truck dorner idiots murder

Halt! Show me your papers!

Put gun in cops hands and the one being pointed at is going to wind up dead. after all if there is no one to testify, the cop get off with a justified shooting. The circus these clowns in L.A. are running shows that they can’t bully everyone. I can’t justify Dorners shooting proclivities but this incident may have brought things to light within LAPD they otherwise were content to keep hidden.
