..

Remember - Homeland Security has already said that our trained American combat Vets coming home are likely to be dangerous home-grown terrorists when they return home to civilian life.

At that point Obama could simply nail them with a drone on the suspicion that they are a danger to......

Obama always says “I want/know” - or “according to ‘polls’ most of the NRA members want more background checks and ‘reasonable’ regulations”

- Hasan #2 never says “This is what is constitutional and legal....”

He says “I will go under the radar” to Sarah Brady -

Remember how every air strike under GW Bush “killed dozens of innocent civilians at a wedding party”?

Homeland security has named just about every political enemy of obama as a potential terrorist.

baraq is going to punish his enemies while rewarding his friends. He has more flexibility now. Lots of stuff under the radar. When the political winds turn ugly in the middle east, he will stand with islam.
And on and on.

Yeah, I know all that. After much thought, I figure they have given up their right to "due process" as an out-country combatant working for another regime or agency.

I'm still having trouble understanding why the murdering Islamist Hassan has not been tried and executed for the Ft. Hood massacre. In a just world, he would have been tried, convicted, and sentenced within a month. Is there any possible doubt about his culpability? What happened to swift military justice? Oh right, lawyers.
