President Obama will give a live interview to CBS before it airs the Super Bowl on Sunday. At 4:30 pm, Obama will field questions from CBS´s Scott Pelley, continuing a long-standing tradition of providing interviews to the network airing the NFL championship, usually the most-watched television event of the year. Last year, Obama spoke with Matt Lauer before NBC broadcast the big game. Pelley told The New Orleans Times-Picayune that he will talk pigskin with the president, but also has a range of "serious questions" to tackle.

It’s all about The Won.
Way to ruin Super Bowl Sunday for us, FUBO!
I attended SB 4, the first one in New Orleas, it was pre Superdome and was played in Tulane Stadium. I can’t remember the ticket price, mine were compliments of American Airlines, Newark, NJ.
Well, I cleaned out the cats’ litter box, but only since I have to work starting a 4 PM.
Well it is the gay bowl. Seems fitting to have Skeeter yuckin’ it up before the big show.
I have saved a bunch of funny dog food commercials for emergencies like this one.
I’ve got to defragment my HD. Oh darn. I forgot I have a solid state drive now. I did get some paint samples from Home Depot. I better watch the paint dry.
Or rather, "frilly or plain silk."
I have no words....but the pained frown of the guy on the right is a SLIGHT indication of what that did to me....
Really strange that I cannot think of a single Republican President that has had such fawning media coverage and access. You don’t suppose that these media whores are biased, do you?
/No sarcasm was wasted in this study, really, it wasn’t!
I looked that one up.
Carol Channing as the halftime singer.
More class back then I think.
Thanks for the warning that Obama’s going to be on. I really cannot afford to shoot another TV ........
Good time for something more pleasant, like a root canal.
"Skeeter"!! What a great name for him !! Mind if I use it?
Please do. :)
They tried to elbow their way into NASCAR, but the crowds would boo them out of the venue. But they can somewhat control the negative response at the super bowl. I take offense to it being turned into a political event.
As for the queer in chief, I can't wait until the post-obama presidency when Michele pulls a Tipper Gore and dumps The Gay One. (see my tagline)
I believe many NFL owners and coaches, and a huge majority of players are ardent Baraqqis.
Heck the Steelers owner was so devoted, they made him ambassador to Ireland.
That’s what the remote is for. Bam is personaa non grata here.
Kickoff is scheduled for 6:30 EST / 5:30 CST on CBS.
Kim Jong Un and Hugo Chavez were already booked.
While they are interviewing Obama I will be taking an Obama.
Just damn! Dear Leader has to ruin every thing that brings me the slightest bit of joy!
This slug manages to do this every year!
I just witnessed this PAID political announcement for the Dems. DISGUSTING. All GOP fault. SICK, just SICK.
And I called our local CBS Milwaukee 58 and the gal in the newsroom, when asked if they were getting other calls she blasted “ABSOLUTELY NOT”. I said well you will. I told her I tuned in to see football, not a paid political announcement for the Democrat Party. SHAME on them... I told her shame on them.

Disgusting. If everyone calls YOUR local TV station CBS - it makes an impact. Do it.
Did you see up in the story that this is a "tradition"?
Really? Did Slick and Bush 1 and 2 have a show on before the Super Bowl?
FUBO...can't wait until he is gone.
Glad I missed it.......my blood pressure has been much better since I refuse to watch this guy or his mare.
Man..Man...Oh Man......today is a stark illustration of how far our country has strayed from everything that made us what we once were.
Sorry folks, don't mean to offend your game, but I prefer 3 downs to 4; 110 yard field to 100; 20 yard deep end zones to 10; 12 on the field instead of 11; and 65 yards wide instead of 53.3. Besides, what could be more fun than watching a Grey Cup at an outdoor stadium at the end of November in -15°F weather with a 20 mile an hour North wind blowing into your face! Call it livin' the Life! All that versus a football game played in a climate-cotrolled dome?! Meh!
Enjoy the game, folks.
Can you believe there was a time when nobody gave a sh!t what the president thought about sports? Of course you can. It was only about 4 years ago!
Thinking people would find this offensive.
Kitty cat show on animal planet! Yay
Scott: Are you still shooting down skeets, Your Lordship?
Language, please, sir. There are ladies present.
Hope you remembered the Czech’s Mix.
