You do if you’re receiving government benefits and have someone else living with you in the same household footing bills whose income you didn’t report when you applied for them...
Yeah, huh. I just put a new fuel pump in my 1999 Ranger last Friday. Not the whole works—just the pump. It was all I could afford.
..people want to take advantage of tax laws for 2012...2013 brings OBAMAWORLD taxes...they pulled their money out in 2012
I might not have made the trade if Romney would have won instead of obama. As it is, I'm preparing for the worst and this was spend money to save money while I still find the money to replace an old 18 mpg van.
Fortunately, this OB has been awesome and came with no buyer's remorse whatsoever. I wish I had traded sooner.

Trading in vehicles soaked by hurricane Sandy?
I don’t believe it in the least. About a month ago or so, I wrote an observation about the number of cars and trucks on the dealers lots. The number of cars and trucks on the lots have not gone down, they have increased. They are over flowing the dealer lots and are being parked on adjacent lots and fields. What Government Motors has done is shipped the vehicles to the dealers and counted them as sold. Gigantic management and employee bonuses are in the offing because of the double digit “sales”. Watch the next 6 months and wait for the “unexpected” drop in Government Motors sales.
A lot of people in the US think happy days are here again and have started to spend money and credit again.

As for cars, the Volt apparently lost quite a bit of volume in January.
Many really don't. If I read my search engine queries correctly, 25% of all new car loans are subprime. 40% of the used car market is subprime.
