I didn’t see my Thompson 1927 A1 Deluxe on the turkey wattled necked b!tch’s list. FU Fineswine.
True.
But I would be very reluctant to depend on the current courts to uphold the Constitution.
Go get stuffed, Feinstein.
UP YOURS FINESWINE!
Yea, I thought Dianne Dumb @$$ had it on her previous list.
I’m not worried about Fineswine’s bill. I’m more worried about our local solon’s bill filed here in MA.
Must be a mailing address, no PO Box. Your property tax address and zip code has a rep assigned to it. As we speak, the site shows 738,000 emails.
I have my town and zip code. I don’t give my street address on the net to anyone.
I agree.
These anti-2nd amendment pricks are on a high right now. Piling on story after story in an effort to gain momentum.
There is a line in the sand, when crossed, the powder keg fuse begins to hiss.
I'd advise them to back off while they still can.
I'd hate to see the shoe drop, it'll look real ugly.
You know, these authoritarian asshats always talk about making examples of people. I wonder how they would like to be the targets of being made an example of. Such as their naked, mutilated bodies being found in a garbage strewn, weed filled empty lot with the word NEXT carved into their chests. When the coroner's report comes in, it should state that the deceased died long and hard.
They want to start a war, they need to know that it won't be easy or safe.
To #20: “Obviously this list has been sitting in someone’s file cabinet ..ready to go...when the time came.”
The someone is either a Communists or comsymp, written a long time ago and just updated over the years.
With Obama, their time has come.
As for Sen. Diane “Dur Furher” Feinstein, Seig Heil! What a RED KAPO she is.
Re “our local solon’s bill filed here in MA”.
Since gun permit holders/owners in NY are fair game to be published on a list, why not the home address, phone number, car license plate number, etc of your local politicians? Check local laws to see if there is any prohibition against publishing that information, and if there is one, ask why?
NY law says that type of information can be published (in whole or part) re gun owners/permit holders, so why not for politicians who are public servants?
The Journal News/Gannett learned that two can play this game. Time to let the public know who their elected “enemies” are. Publish everything you legally can about them. Then in the next election, drive them out of office or mount a recall effort earlier.
The best defense is a good offense. Let them have a taste of their own medicine.
The “Freedom Doctor is in”.

Sale of Business or Going Out of Business
You must give written notice to the Chief, FFLC, within
30 days after you sell or discontinue your firearms or
ammunition business. If you sell or discontinue your
firearms or ammunition business and are succeeded by
a new licensee, your firearms dealer records should be
marked to show this fact and must be delivered to the
successor. If you do not have a successor, you must
deliver all of your firearms records within 30 days of
going completely out of the firearms business to:
ATF National Tracing Center
Out-of-Business Records Center
244 Needy Road
Martinsburg, WV 25405
or any ATF office that serves the area where the business
was located. These records provide vital assistance to
law enforcement in tracing firearms used in crimes.

I would hope any patriotic American gun store owner would destroy the records and move on.
Not to many people who make their living selling firearms are interested in going to a federal prison.
I know some guys with cherry Russian SKSs. But I’ve never met one on my own that didn’t need a new barrel and gas piston. A Norinco barrel makes a fine shooter out of a ruined Russki. Alas, those have dried up, too.
In any case, we all need to stay firm. Absolutely no banning of a single weapon on this list.
Let the democraps ban (try to) all or none. The list is arbitrary and ridiculous.
I had a BB gun, but it fell off my boat.
