Not a chance.
The 2014 race involves roughly twenty Democratic Senators, and I would imagine that a dozen of them really don’t desire this to be brought to a vote because they can’t support it and hope to win in their state.
It’s zero percent chance of finding adequate votes in the Senate, and that’s the end of this fine piece of legislation that she spend hours and hours....cutting and pasting, to arrive at some product. Curiously, it’d be nice to know how many pages are inside of this...maybe 700 pages?
John Roberts can be counted on to find that a “regulation” is not an “infringement”.
We said the same thing about Obamacare and QE2/3/4....
