Seems to be a case of someone showing (1) bad judgment in getting over extended financially and then (2) not having the sense to realize it when it was time to shed some worldly possessions.

She will be going from living in two very big houses to considerably less lavish living accommodations. Jail.

Chances are she won’t spend a minute in jail.

These people ALWAYS protect their own.

It wasn’t just bad judgement. It looks like she engaged in fraud, concealing a major asset ($600K Florida home) by transferring to her kid, before negotiating with the bank over her Florida home, which means bank fraud.
