“...the story died at that point...”

The sooner the story dies out = the more likely liberals were actively involved as the perps - this includes Benghazi.

Beware the correlation - all conservatives must recognize this ... what the media does NOT tell us is far more important than what it DOES tell us. At this point they are a propoganda machine trained by ultra liberal ivy league and wanna be ivy league journalism schools. (yellow)

Never heard that story before.

It was on the news when it happened. I was in the Charlotte airport when it broke so it at least made Big Brother's telescreens. I guess the shooter wasn't a white male Christian so it didn't matter to the mediots.

To the media, upstate NY is Yonkers, Westchester and Albany. The rest of us don't exist. In September 2011 we had terrible flooding; entire neighborhoods and villages under water. It was right after hurricane Irene fizzled. After NYC survived without a scratch it was relegated to a non-event. Meanwhile, the rain it dumped up here caused several already swollen rivers to overflow their banks. Million$ lost, thousands displaced. Media = crickets chirping.

Ah, but you have to remember that to the media types, the only places that actually exist are NYC, Washington, DC, Los Angeles/San Francisco, and to a lesser extent Chicago and a very few other liberal bastion big cities. Those places are of interest to THEM, so that is what they report. The rest of the country and world.....not so much.

..what the media does NOT tell us is far more important than what it DOES tell us.

Exactly. The media doesn't really "lie" so much as it creates a false impression by leaving out information.

One such false impression is that America doesn't really have all that many conservatives, that people who are against gun control and Obama and liberalism in general, aren't that numerous.

It is a FALSE impression -- the MSM leaves out the fact that, for example, on public comment forums at virtually ALL of the MSM websites, are almost always FReeper-like in their anti-government, anti-liberal sentiment. The MSM leaves out the fact that the anti-2nd-amendment agenda is held in contempt by the majority of Americans, as is very obvious if one reads and follows actual public sentiment, which -- of course -- the MSM fails to do.

What the media does NOT tell us is that WE ARE THE MAJORITY.

This is why, whenever I hear some conserative or Republican whining that "Americans are a bunch of children who voted for Santa Claus," I tell them to move to France where they belong, if they think Americans are such losers. Vote fraud is REAL and has been tilting the balance in many elections toward liberals for decades. Egotistic conservatives and Republicans afraid of being perceived as "conspiracy kooks" and poor sports are too weak and afraid of ridicule to raise a fuss about vote fraud.

Americans are, on balance, good, moral, productive people. That's what the Media does NOT tell us by way of omission. All conservatives should recognize this, too, and start believing in their fellow Americans. It is the ONLY way we will regain our freedoms and our nation.

Whatever you do, don’t read “Night Passage,” the one where Stone leaves LA for Paradise. Just stick with the TV series. The late Robert Parker, the author of the books, comes across to me as the typical stone-cold LIBERAL who buys into all the MSM stereotypes of bigoted, mouth-breathing, cold-hearted “conservatives.” If Tom Selleck is responsible for the huge improvements over the books in the TV series, then I respect his talent even more than ever.

The other thing they had in common was psychiatric drugs. Big Pharma is on the warpath to keep it quiet.

Indeed. Here's the link to a website that has been compiling stories of the link between these psycho killers and psychiatric drugs for years:

The left are blind to their own.

Willfully so. They see the corrosive, degraded nature of their own, but choose to avert their eyes.

Just look at how they reactively circle the wagons around any lib Dem who fails the test of human decency in public. No matter the transgression, lib Dems can always count on their own to ignore, deny, excuse, or sweep their failings under the rug.

On the other hand, when a conservative Republican fails, they're beaten about the head and shoulders by the left and the right. If it weren't for double standards, the left would have none at all.

When liberals say they cannot be trusted with guns, they really mean they cannot be trusted with guns. You can certainly trust conservatives with guns, because integrity is the cornerstone of conservatism.. We only use guns when they are needed. And we only kill people that needed killing.

I'm a lazy Jesse Stoner - have only viewed the films. Tom Selleck is the reason, fo shizzle.

Dems are blind to it in their own, but also expect it as a matter of course in the Right.

Meanwhile, the Right know instinctively that none of these shooters are "their own." The revelation of them all springing from angry manipulated victimized liberal mindsets is about as surprising as a dog with fleas. The left blindly accept such behavior in their own because they expect it in the enemy -- they think we're no different. How they perceive us, what Parker revealed in the book, tells us what Liberals are.

What I'm musing over is the logical observation that what we expect in the enemy, is what we are ourselves. There's something to be gleaned, I just don't know what! {^)

We really must have a third party, though -- it's the only hope. The GOP is dead and gone. There must rise a figure representing the generally agreed-upon political mindset that says: Slay government to restore freedom. Get government off our backs. Leave us alone. Most Americans are good and moral; government tyranny springs from taking the mantle of moral decision-maker. The GOP is torn asunder, deflated, ruined. Its "brand" is a joke that has become its destiny. Most Americans, it seems, identify neither with "Republican" nor -- and you could say certainly not -- with the liberal side. Most Americans, judging by what you read and hear in the places MSM doesn't go, sneer at liberalism, jibe at it, deride it. And they sneer at the prototype they have of Republican, but they also sneer at "liberal," not necessarily "Democrat."

We need a figure to represent the huge middle, and we also need concrete action to secure elections to weed out vote fraud, manufactured and manipulated votes, ginned votes, illegal votes, multiple votes, etc.

I'm for riling folks up over the EPA, Environmental Protection Agency, which is making the last and final step toward seizing and freezing American food and energy production. Labor, safety, and zoning laws have pretty much seized the manufacturing and much of the entrepreneurial side of American enterprise.

The only reason there's such a demand for cheap Chinese goods, the only reason energy is so expensive (which drives up the price of everything else), and if the EPA isn't stopped, where such simple things we take for granted as food, might become scant and dear -- the only reason for such strife is government stifling American enterprise, American creativity, American productivity, and American freedom. People could -- and WOULD -- do a lot of cool things if they had the opportunity. Governmnent tyranny in every area makes them outlaws if they don't comply with onerous regulation, that eventually squeezes them out of business. Government doesn't trust you, me, or anyone else, to do it properly, morally or otherwise.

Americans are disgusted and ripe for a third party.

The Republican party is tainted and rotten. Sayonara.
