"Every time she would open her eyes she would see bright lights, so she had to keep her eyes closed," Alves said. "Her perception of sound changed. She thought she was whispering, but she was told she was screaming. She also had uncontrollable body movements and then she also hadwhich is the scariest partdifficulty breathing."

Drug legalization is about all drugs, current and future, and libertarianism is about unlimited marketing and advertising of them.

My husband had a severe type of arthritis that glued his bones together and he was in constant pain and the pain specialist had him on fentanyl patches which is an opioid pain reliever. The doc said the strength he had my husband on would put both of us on the floor. I never touched a patch if it was out of its package.
He also said kids were stealing these patches from parents plus buying them on the street and squeezing them to get the liquid fentanyl and swallowing it and they were dying from this.
I then said to my husband, “If we get short of money, we'll sell your patches on the street.” The doctor nearly fainted - he never could take a joke.
Kids are nuts - these patches are designed to gradually put the pain med into the body - drinking that is just asking to die.

This all shows the problem with having things illegal, not legal. Thanks to LSD being illegal somebody made a drug that kind of has similar high effects, though clearly has dramatically worse effects on the body. Same kind of thing with “bath salts”, and synthetic weed out there. To get around the laws people make more dangerous, but legal, products that give the same effect. It just goes to show, no matter how much you make illegal people will do what they want.

A local kid took his mother’s fetanyl patches and slapped them all over himself and died.
Sweet kid so it’s a real loss.

I guess I’m cold hearted - if a kid will steal medication one of his parents needs, then he is always going to be a drain on society and I wouldn’t mourn the loss of someone like that.

Funny, but not as good as the outtake from the same movie that parodies
Enter the Dragon, entitled
A Fistful of Yen.
The sequence from 18:50-20:20 is absolutely side-splitting. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gWXINqfcX0o

I remember Robocop. I was referencing TurboZamboni’s talking about the Kentucky Fried Movie.
