Outing the Gun Owners and the Left's New Savagery
American Thinker ^ | January 4, 2013 | Robert Spencer

As Michael Walsh noted last week at PJ Media, the Westchester Journal News has published the name and addresses of legal gun owners in Westchester County, New York...

--snip--

A Leftist journalist named Nathan Lean, the editor-in-chief of Aslan Media, who has been published in the Los Angeles Times, Washington Post and New York Daily News, has sent me several tweets and emails containing personal information about myself: where he thinks I live, who he thinks my wife is, and more.

The purpose of these messages was unmistakable: Lean was signaling to me that he thought he knew my whereabouts (and that of my family), despite my attempts to conceal them because of the many death threats I receive. And why would he want me to think that he knew where I was? So that I would be frightened into silence, afraid that one of his many violence-inclined allies might do me in if I continued to speak out for freedom and human rights. Yet despite his appetite for menace, Lean had no trouble getting published in flagship mainstream media outlets -- which tells you a great deal about them.

In the 1930s, when the National Socialist German Worker's Party, aka the Nazi Party, was consolidating its power in Germany, its storm troopers regularly terrorized its opponents: showing up when they spoke to shout them down and intimidate them, vandalizing their messages, and sometimes attacking them outright. We are rapidly approaching the same situation in America today, as the Left's demonization of its opponents descends to this menacing new level.

The Westchester Journal News does not have the moral high ground, and never did. Any doubt about that was removed when it published the addresses of the gun owners. But soon thuggish demonstrators outside the homes of those gun owners...

Now that the old man has turned in his neighbor, he’ll be hauled off for his euthanasia treatment- of course his family will have their Obama food credits garnished for the privelage.

"Right now the resistance is a saturated solution, waiting to crystallize around an incident."

Interesting. Bump.

Thank you for the compliment. Unfortunately I’ve worked around a lot of liberals for many years and know their distorted mindset and attitudes.

One thing that amazes about libs is their ability to totally block out any thoughts of unintended consequences to their utopian ideas. Anything that conflicts with their views is simply ignored.

Yet another attribute of the liberal mind is their deep seated resentment of those who have more than they do. Most of the libs I know want the money and good life they criticize others for persuing (look at Michael Moore for example). They feel their “superior intellect and morality” entitles them to these things. They especially hate the un-degreed small business owner who earned what they have through hard work.

Thanks. Leave it to California. “Dot bad, threatening mob in front of your house good. (if it’s for our side)”.

Think it would be a He Said, She Said affair in the case proposed though. Even with a cell-phone photo of the dot, it could have come from anywhere. (cough)

Maintain situational awareness. Be prepared for anything. The Brown Shirts might get violent.

Liberals see us as the other... that's dangerous.

All the school killers were on brain mucking drugs prescribed by psychiatrists. It's time to ban antidepressants.... Even for people who don't have a problem with them... for now.

http://www.wnd.com/2013/01/the-giant-gaping-hole-in-sandy-hook-reporting/

We've had guns for hundreds of years - and schools for thousands... the "new' thing on the scene is liberal control drugs. From the link:

But where, I’d like to ask my colleagues in the media, is the reporting about the psychiatric medications the perpetrator – who had been under treatment for mental-health problems – may have been taking? After all, Mark and Louise Tambascio, family friends of the shooter and his mother, were interviewed on CBS’ “60 Minutes,” during which Louise Tambascio told correspondent Scott Pelley: “I know he was on medication and everything, but she homeschooled him at home cause he couldn’t deal with the school classes sometimes, so she just homeschooled Adam at home. And that was her life.” And here, Tambascio tells ABC News, “I knew he was on medication, but that’s all I know.”

http://judaism.about.com/od/judaismbasics/a/Why-Do-Some-Jews-Spell-God-G-D.htm

From the link:

The custom of substituting the word “God” with G-d in English is based on the traditional practice in Jewish law of giving God’s Hebrew name a high degree of respect and reverence. When written or printed, God’s Hebrew name (and many of the stand in names used to refer to God) cannot be erased or destroyed. ...

There is no prohibition in Jewish law against writing out or erasing the word “God” in English. However, many Jews have afforded the word “God” with the same level of respect as the Hebrew equivalents. Because of this, many Jews substitute “God with G-d so that they can erase or dispose of the writing without showing disrespect to God...

The Ancient Name of God: The Hebrew name for God, YHWH (in Hebrew spelled yud-hay-vav-hay), is never pronounced out loud in Judaism. When it appears in Jewish scripture or liturgy, the reader substitutes the Hebrew word “adonai” which means “my lord” or often just “the Lord.” Any book that contains this name written in Hebrew is treated with reverence. The name is never destroyed, erased, or effaced and any books or writings containing the name cannot be thrown away according to Jewish law...
