He's Back: Alan Grayson Accuses Republicans of Terrorism on First Day of New Congress

In case you missed it, Alan Grayson is back in Congress. Yes, the same Alan Grayson who called his 2010 congressional opponent Dan Webster (who he lost to) "Taliban Dan" and the same guy who said Republicans want people to "die quickly" on the House floor in 2009. In November, Grayson regained his position in Congress due to redistricting. Yesterday, just hours after the 113th Congress officially started, Grayson was on MSNBC accusing Republicans of legislative terrorism because you know, new tone or something.
"Well, they say it's a device for them to extract concessions that they have otherwise be able to accomplish, that's why it's legislative terrorism. They're using the debt ceiling as a means to cut Social Security benefits, cut Medicare benefits, cut unemployment insurance, cut anything of any use to any ordinary human being in this country simply because they want more money for tax cuts for the rich."

There's a story that has long floated around central Florida that Grayson hit a female who worked for him while he was flipping out and he ended up in a mental hospital. He should have stayed there.

Well maybe he will flip out while he is in congress and mistake Nancy for the woman who he allegedly assaulted and then get taken out of the House in restraints and I hope it
is caught on CSPAN.

Thank goodness that there is a Republican party or MSNBC would have nothing to talk about. They spend their entire broadcasts on every show bashing and making fun of Republicans. It’s a joke.
To: Kaslin
Honeslty, this guy suffers from serious bouts of distemper and turrets.
It ain’t right or safe that he walks the streets escorted by at least a zoo keeper.

Grayson kind of reminds me of Cynthia McKinney in a way. He always has a combative tone and no logic whatsoever in his public statements. Like McKinney, he was ousted from his seat, then found a way to come back. Hopefully, like McKinney, he'll be sent packing a second time.
Can someone please give us the demographic breakdown of his district's population and the congressional vote in the last election. Was fraud and cheating possibly the decisive factor?
To: justiceseeker93
What was the sole factor was the absurd “fair districts” initiative in FL that essentially prevented the duly-elected GOP majority from drawing the lines as they saw fit. This initiative was responsible for the return of this deranged psychopath Grayson and for unfavorable lines (combined with voter fraud) for Col. West. If I was the GOP in FL, I would use Grayson as the poster boy for throwing out that initiative.

I believe you are both correct. The district lines were most favorable to the Democrats, and voter fraud was very evident in South Florida!
