I infer that what is unsaid (and likely) is that women are not allowed to operate a motorcycle by themselves, no matter how they are dressed. It would be suicidal to do so riding sidesaddle. Perhaps I can become a zillionaire by inventing a motorcycle that is totally safe and efficacious to ride and maneuver sidesaddle!
