location of the shooter is as of yet unknown - fire is unabated and basically the bridge on one side is up for the winter on one side so there is only one access point - tactically a nightmare as there is no cover

just looked at it on google maps......sad thing. Sounds like somebody wants their home to burn either because they dont want something inside it found or somebody just has a thing against first responders. My guess is the shooter

You can see the location on google maps .... securing the scene is going to be really, really difficult. The neighbors are in a pickle if they have to evacuate due to the fire spreading with an active shooter somewhere in the area.

I believe the bridge goes up for spring, not winter.
No mention by Ch 13 whether the bullets(s) fired could have been caused by the fire and not a shooter.

The outlet bridge was opened on November 1st. There is access from both directions. There’s a couple of saloons nearby. We may have a drunk nut on our hands.

LE blocked off the bridge and the area of Lake Road to the east of the fire so no one could get in or out. People who wished to leave their homes were secured in a bus on sight.

I believe the gunman has been taken in to custody.
