There have been a lot of factual errors in the chaotic rush to get details about today’s shooting in Connecticut. But one fact that seemed established across the board was that victim Nancy Lanza, the mother of alleged shooter Adam Lanza, was a teacher at the Sandy Hook Elementary School — specifically that it was her class that Adam Lanza massacred.
But this story just out in the Journal suggests that’s not true.
Oddly, it’s buried down at the bottom of the story, almost as an afterthought …
A former school board official in Newtown called into question earlier reports that Nancy Lanza had been connected to Sandy Hook Elementary School, possibly as part of the teaching staff.
“No one has heard of her,” said Lillian Bittman, who served on the local school board until 2011. “Teachers don’t know her.”

I listened to her today at lunch and I couldn't believe how absolutely clueless this dumb bi*ch really is.
She was interviewing a couple of people, and every 2-5 minutes they would have one of their idiotic “Fox News Alerts.” A couple minutes after their alert, she'd have to backtrack about their previous alerts's bogus information. It's like they don't give a crap about how this misinformation might effect the families!
I don't even watch Fox anymore. Meghan Kelly is a joke, and so is Fox!

... And it only took 57 posts before someone stated the obvious truth, that all staff at schools need to be armed and trained int eh use of those weapons and tactics to employ.
Appears to be so. Rifle found in the trunk. He likely would not have been buzzed in the school entrance if he was carrying a rifle.

It’s a K-4 school. That’s up to age 10/11. A 20 year-old attended there several years ago?
The contradictory info by the MSM is staggering. Mindless reporting, if one could even call it reporting.
And any parent of two close siblings-where one is over 21 and the other not-knows why the younger would carry the older’s ID.

Thanks for letting me know, the reporting today from the idiotic media has been well, unbelievable..so he wasn’t buzzed in after all? But I still believe that he had a connection to that school and chose that particular class to massacre those babies for a reason
There was someone in the tree line in camo. I got that from a person with state police who was on the scene. He did not say any more about it. I am guessing it might have been some guy walking his dog.

Right, that was just as this was beginning. Then, it was cleared up so didn't hear about it again. I was watching Fox and CNN every minute today, didn't leave my chair except to walk short distance to kitchen and could still hear everything said. I didn't need to do anything today, went to grocery yesterday, so had no reason to leave. My Yorkie slept on my chair with me all day. Maybe she knew something wasn't right. Doggies are smart.
Funny how when I cry my tears flow from the tear ducts near my nose. I noticed Obama wiping the outer part of his eye and one time it was with his middle finger (which he seems to use a lot).
One thing I heard today was that the school just opened to preK this year and that perhaps Nancy Lanza was a teacher there.
I didn’t hear this but perhaps she was working in the cafeteria or perhaps her son worked there himself in some capacity, like janitor or cafteria/kitchen worker and someone there may have slighted him. Just speculating ties he may have had to the school.
Since the older brother lives in NJ with his father I am wondering how the younger brother got his ID and the older brother not needing it.

These MSM articles are STILL being written poorly, information not true, contradictory, using sources that are anonymous because they aren’t authorized to speak, promoting gun control and adulation for “the One”.
The victims are being used by the MSM and politicians. It’s sickening and hypocritical.
