Maybe in theory, but the police are already using drones for surveillance and the courts and congress have done nothing to stop them yet. Maybe they’ll get around to it in a few years, we’ll see.

I can’t wait till one of these individually owned spy drones crashes into a police chopper and the whole thing smokes.

Then there is gonna be hell to pay.
